Issue with Asset filed on user form from portal

      Description

      I have integrated Asset field into my JIRA forms. When accessing Service Desk forms from the MAIN JIRA URL (https://help.lekkerfoods.com) the Asset field displays correctly and allows for "clickable asset lookup". On the customer portal the screen display is reduced (many fields hidden) but Asset field is part of the screen. It displays but without the clickable lookup. I'm going crazy trying to figure out why. All looks correct in backend for screen and field configuration.
