      Description

We had a request from one user to improve how the customfield for list of users gets rendered.

The user would like to @mention the list of users when he uses the macro (excluding the currentUser, and inactive users). Currently, the behavior is this:

      [dyu(dyu), vsharma(vsharma)]

It would be useful if there was an option to render it like:

      [~dyu], [~vsharma]

The customfields we use for list of users include:

      • Watchers field
      • Participants field (from JIRA Toolkit)

The reason for this is more personalization, and perhaps less tendency to ignore reading the notification.
